Bono, lead singer of rock band U2 and humanitarian activist, testified before the Senate Appropriations Committee Tuesday on the dangers of violent extremism. Before taking his seat at the witness table, Bono posed for a picture with three Code Pink activists who asked him to advocate for Syrian refugees in the United States.
