Team 26, a group of cyclists who rode to the Capitol from Newton, Conn., in protest of gun violence, concluded their journey on Tuesday. Senate Democrats Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal of the Nutmeg State greeted the riders, who seemed relieved to rest their bikes in the grass on a sunny spring day.
