A new survey report based on interviews with over 2,000 American adults provides a range of insights on what consumers think about packaged food and beverage products, including:
- 65% of consumers who have never bought food or beverage products online also don’t plan to in the future, regardless of advancements.
- 81% say a product is more appealing if it’s labeled “fresh,” the highest level for any of the 21 terms polled
- 20% of Americans would consider paying $6 or more to have groceries delivered to their place of residence.
