  • Starz has started to warn Comcast Corp. subscribers that they could lose the premium channel, along with more than a dozen other networks, if Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. and Comcast fail to reach a deal before Dec. 10. In a statement, Starz said that Comcast’s move to drop the channels shows a “total disregard for its customers, communities, suppliers and other stakeholders,” while a Comcast spokesperson said negotiations are ongoing.   • Endeavor Group Holdings has formally withdrawn its plans for an initial public offering, saying it “no longer wishes to conduct a public offering of securities at this time,” according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The company, which postponed its IPO in September, did request that SEC fees be “credited for future use,” indicating that Endeavor could go public at a later date. (The Hollywood Reporter)
